1. Agreement
By placing an order with Agentios ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.
2. Services
Agentios provides one-time setup and configuration of AI agent infrastructure on servers provided or owned by the Client. Our services include:
- Installation and configuration of the OpenClaw AI platform
- Integration with selected communication channels (e.g. Telegram)
- Automation workflow setup (Pro and Elite plans)
- Onboarding session and documentation handover
We do not provide hosting or server infrastructure unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Payments
All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full before work begins. We accept card payments via LemonSqueezy and USDT (TRC-20) transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
4. Delivery
We aim to complete standard setups within 24 hours of receiving payment and server access credentials. Complex or custom setups (Pro, Elite) may take up to 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
- Provide a compatible Linux VPS with SSH access
- Supply any required third-party API keys (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Telegram)
- Respond to setup-related questions in a timely manner
- Ensure the server meets minimum requirements (1 CPU, 1GB RAM, Ubuntu 20.04+)
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has begun. If we fail to deliver the agreed service, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the agreed delivery date via Telegram.
7. Support
Post-delivery support is included as follows:
- Starter: 7 days
- Pro: 30 days
- Elite: 90 days
Ongoing support beyond the included period is available via the monthly Support & Maintenance plan ($30/month).
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the configured setup on your server. Agentios retains no rights to your server, data, or configuration after handover. We may not share, sell, or disclose your credentials or data to any third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
Agentios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deployed system, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Our setup may involve third-party platforms (Telegram, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by these providers. Ongoing API costs charged by third parties are the Client's responsibility.
11. Partner Program
By joining the Agentios Partner Program, you agree to promote our services honestly and in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. Payouts are processed manually within 7 business days of approval.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
