All Myra plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you are not satisfied with Myra within the first 7 days of your first paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@agentios.ai.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the paid billing cycle are considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
— Partial months of service after the 7-day window
— Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
— One-time add-ons or digital products (e.g. AI Setup Kit)
Send an email to hello@agentios.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
